Samba Rentals is a two-sided platform for long-term rentals in Bali. Villa owners
pay a monthly subscription to list a property; rental agents use the platform free
to find and share those listings with their clients. There is one paid product.
For villa owners
IDR 150,000 per property, per month
Billed as US$9.50 per month by our merchant of record, Creem. First 14 days free.
- Your property listed on the Samba agent portal with photos, pricing and live availability (calendar sync with Airbnb and Hostex)
- Shared by 300+ Bali rental agents with their clients
- Included in the daily WhatsApp availability broadcast to agents

For rental agents
Free no card required
Agents never pay Samba. They earn their usual 10% from the owner when they close a rental.

How the owner subscription works
- Free trial. When you activate a listing you add a card at our payment partner's checkout. Nothing is charged for the first 14 days.
- Monthly billing. After the trial, IDR 150,000 per listed property is charged each month, settled as US$9.50. One subscription covers one property.
- Cancel any time. Cancel from Manage billing in the owner portal. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing; cancel later and your listing stays live until the end of the paid month.
- Payments. Processed by Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OÜ), our reseller and merchant of record. Samba never stores card details. See our refund & cancellation policy.
