Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to the Samba Rentals owner portal
(sambarentals.com) are billed, cancelled, and refunded.
1. Subscriptions
Each listed property costs USD $10 per month, billed in advance. Your
subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. Payments and refunds are
handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel a property’s subscription at any time from your owner portal, or from the
Paddle customer portal linked there.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing
period. After that, it will not renew and the property is automatically unpublished.
- You keep access to the listing and its analytics until the end of the period you have paid for.
3. Refunds
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. Because cancelling stops future renewals and your listing
stays live for the remainder of the period you paid for, partial months are generally
non-refundable.
- If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or experienced a problem that prevented
you from using the Service, contact us and we will review your situation and may issue a refund at
our discretion.
- Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Refund requests
are also subject to
Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@sambarentals.com with the email
address on your account and the property concerned. We aim to respond within a few business days.
