Who closes the deal?
You do. When an agent has an interested client, they contact you directly to arrange viewings and agree terms. Samba makes the introduction. We never middleman your deal.
Does my calendar stay in sync?
Yes. Samba syncs with Airbnb and Hostex, so agents always see current availability without you updating anything. When your availability changes, every agent knows.
Will Samba compete with my agents?
Never. Samba connects owners with agents. We don't go around them. Agents are the network, and every enquiry an agent brings goes straight to you.
Do I still need Airbnb?
Keep it. Samba covers the long-term market Airbnb doesn't serve well, and syncs with your existing calendar, so nothing double-books and every vacancy works both channels.
Can I remove my listing later?
Anytime. It's your villa and your listing. Unpublish it from the owner portal whenever you like, no questions asked.
