Your first 14 days are free. After that it is IDR 150,000 per villa per month, billed as US$9.50 by our payment partner Creem. Samba takes no commission and no booking fee. The rental agent who brings your tenant earns 10% of the rent, paid by you out of the listed price, exactly as agents in Bali are paid today.

You add a card when you activate the listing, nothing is charged for 14 days, and Maya sends you your villa's first numbers before the trial ends. If you keep the listing, the subscription starts automatically. If you cancel before the first charge from Manage billing in your portal, you owe nothing.

The price is set in rupiah, IDR 150,000 a month. Our payment partner Creem charges cards in US dollars (US$9.50), so Indonesian and international cards both work and your bank converts at its own rate.

You do. When an agent has an interested client, they contact you directly to arrange viewings and agree terms. Samba makes the introduction. We never middleman your deal.

Yes. Samba syncs with Airbnb and Hostex, so agents always see current availability without you updating anything. When your availability changes, every agent knows.

Never. Samba connects owners with agents. We don't go around them. Agents are the network, and every enquiry an agent brings goes straight to you.
